Service travel up to 15 miles is included with services without additional cost.
🔹 Extended Travel (Over 15 Miles)
Driving distances of 30–45 minutes (not including traffic) require additional fuel and time, and may result in additional fees.
💡 Consider a Membership Plan!
Our MHHS Membership Program helps offset travel expenses and provides added benefits for eligible families.
This is a great option for those in extended service areas.

Patient/Client Referral Incentive Program
Objective:
To encourage satisfied patients, clients, or partners to refer friends, family, or colleagues to our healthcare business and reward them for helping others access quality care.
Basic Structure
💡 Referral Reward Options:
- $50 gift card for each referral who successfully enrolls/starts services.
- $100 discount on future services (if self-pay is part of your model).
- Charity match: We’ll donate $50 to a health-related charity of your choice for every referral.
How It Works
- Refer a friend, family member, or
- coworker using your personalized referral form.
- They enroll/start services (e.g., completes an intake, attends 1st appointment, etc.) and provide your name.
- You get rewarded! After 30 days of their start, you receive your referral bonus.
